KUCIMATs at ICMA in Pittsburgh 2024

Join us in Pittsburgh, PA!

We are looking forward to another International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Conference, this year in Pittsburgh!

Before Pittsburgh...Join Us Virtually!

Because not everyone will go to ICMA and/or we need a little hype before we get there, please join us for a virtual KUCIMAT reception. Please note that this year, there will be no materials mailed out ahead of the event and instead they will be shared via email.

Date and Time: September 5, 2024 at 6 pm (central time)

Registration: This is a FREE event, register here!

Location:  Zoom with us from the comfort of your own home or favorite third-place

Program:  Meet the MPA Fellows, celebrate this year’s KUCIMAT Award recipients, and connect with your classmates and other KUCIMATS!

Then...Join us at the Alumni Event!

This year's KUCIMAT alumni reception will be in a slightly different environment as we will be taking a sunset cruise on the Allegheny River! As we will be on a lovely boat, pre-registration is required and we will not be able to accommodate any onsite registrations this year. This means that you must registration ahead of ICMA and will not be able to do so at the KU table or at the event.

Date and Time:  Sunday Night September 22, 6:00-9:00 PM

Registration: Pre-registration is required this year as our final attendee count is due two weeks in advance to the boat. Register here!

Sponsorship: We welcome individual and organizational sponsors! Sponsorships not only help us keep our event costs low, but they also cover the cost of MPA students attending the ICMA KUCIMAT reception. Check out our sponsorship levels here or complete your sponsorship here!

Location:  Gateway Clipper - The Princess, 350 West Station Square Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15219
