Biography

Jacob Worth – an Ethan Allen and John & Carol Nalbandian Fellow – graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Colorado State University. During his time as an undergraduate, Jacob had several internships and projects, including the Mesa County Clerk’s Office and Recording Elections Division. He routinely aided in updating the Colorado voter’s database (S.C.O.R.E), releasing information to candidates and the media, maintaining a complex excel worksheet on daily election data.  He supported the County Clerk and Election Recorder throughout the 2018 Mesa County primary election. Jacob also worked as a legislative aid for Representative James Wilson of the Colorado General Assembly. During his tenure, Jacob focused on education legislation. Jacob’s political science capstone project included a collaborative white paper and subsequent redistricting policy recommendation for the City of Fort Collins, Colorado.
