McKenna Pierce

McKenna graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration  and minors in Legal Studies and Criminology. McKenna was heavily involved on campus, including co-founding the Women in Public Service club, where she rediscovered her passion for serving communities and learned how to become a strong leader. McKenna also worked as one of UNI’s Panthers Voting Ambassadors to encourage and facilitate civic participation in the campus community.  McKenna grew up in a small town with a family dedicated to serving our community and spent her childhood volunteering all around her hometown. This taught  her how important it is for individuals of a community to help each other out and believes that community leaders should feel the same. Being able to see positive changes from hard work is incredibly rewarding and is why McKenna is excited to begin her public service career.
