Biography

Noah Kincaid graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Bachelor's in Public Administration and a minor in Criminal Justice from Washburn University where he was involved with student government, Greek life, study abroad programs, and volunteer organizations. Prior to Washburn, Noah’s Eagle Scout experience allowed him to understand the value of giving back to the community and fostered a love for public service leadership.

Following graduation, Noah moved to Tottori, Japan and taught English in primary schools. This international experience strengthened his skills in cross-cultural communication, adaptability, mentorship, and high-pressure problem-solving. Noah’s foundational experience in municipal government includes the City of Topeka’s Finance Department and the City of Lansing, where he assisted in annual budget development and public works and city administration operations. These experiences solidified his dedication to driving meaningful community impact and pursuing a career in local government management. Noah hopes to continue developing his skills in a Tennessee or Texas community to launch his career.
