Robert Waller

Robert Waller is a doctoral student in the School of Public Affairs and Administration. Before entering the doctoral program, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Master’s Degree in Public Administration under Distinguished Regents Professor W. Bartley Hildreth as the Van Riper Fellowship recipient at Wichita State University.  He went on to work as a fiscal analyst for the Kansas Legislature, Executive Director of the Kansas Emergency Medical Services Board, and is currently a financial analyst with the University of Kansas Budget Office.

Robert’s research interests include financial analysis of state and education institutions, local and state policy development, and research.
