He has served in numerous leadership roles for profession, bringing his humor, strategic thinking, financial wisdom, and enthusiasm to his work. He has maintained close ties with the KUCIMAT network throughout his career. His mentorship has launched the development of talent and he is responsible for the nation's first community data center. He continues to serve communities today through his firm, Management Advisory Group."

About Dave  

Collinsworth was city manager of the City of Westerville for more than 12 years. Collinsworth is a 32-year public servant, having also served the Ohio communities of Tipp City (1997-2007) and Miamisburg prior to Westerville. For more than a decade, Collinsworth has been responsible for over 430 full-time employees and an annual city budget exceeding $180 million. Shortly after his arrival in Westerville, Collinsworth led an extensive income tax restructuring campaign, more than tripling the funding made available for street reconstruction and infrastructure improvements. Leadership highlights during his tenure also include the passage of four other tax or bond issues for public safety and parks, the expansion of the Community Center, the establishment of the nation’s first municipal community data center, and major infrastructure programs, including the revitalization program for S. State St. He helped navigate the City’s response following the tragedy of February 10, 2018 when WPD Officers Tony Morelli and Eric Joering were killed in the line of duty. His leadership was instrumental in moving the organization and community forward through this most tragic time. Collinsworth's employees value his bold vision, his collaboration, and his leadership. Collinsworth continues to support communities across the country in a consultant capacity.
