Boyeon Park

Boyeon Park is a Ph.D. student at the University of Kansas School of Public Affairs and Administration. Her research interests revolve around organizational behavior, human resource management, and public management. She currently focuses on leadership factors and interpersonal relationships that can offset negative emotions and elicit desirable work behaviors. She also has an interest in the dynamics within organizations that individual diversity creates. Ultimately, she aims to develop an effective managerial plan that enhances employee well-being within organizations. 

Prior to her study at KU, Boyeon received her Master of Public Administration from Yonsei University and her BA in Public Administration from Konkuk University.
